Merieme Amrouss

Clinical Director

LCSW-QS

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida with a background in community mental health, private practice, and residential treatment. With a focus on trauma recovery, I work with individuals, couples, and families, providing a personalized and compassionate approach to healing.

By drawing from multiple therapeutic modalities—including EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), DBT, CBT, and Mindfulness

,I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. Whether you’re working through trauma, anxiety, or major life transitions, my goal is to create a

safe, supportive space where you can heal and grow at your own pace.

I believe therapy should be practical, effective, and grounded in real connection. Progress looks different for everyone, and my role is to help you find what works for you—without pressure or a one-size-fits-all approach. Some clients need structure and a clear path forward, while others need space to process and explore at their own pace. My focus is on meeting you where you are and helping you build the tools and insight needed to move forward in a way that feels right for you.

Ayoub Amrouss

Billing Manager

I support the administrative and billing processes at Restorative Care Counseling to help ensure a smooth and straightforward experience for clients. I work behind the scenes to keep things organized, accessible, and easy to navigate so clients can focus on their care.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship from Florida Gulf Coast University and bring a strong background in business operations. I am often the point of support for billing-related questions and aim to make this part of the process as clear and stress-free as possible. My role helps support both clients and clinicians so the focus can remain on healing and care.

Thrin Vianale

Therapist - RCSWI

I approach therapy as a process of understanding rather than fixing. Many emotional patterns develop as ways to survive when safety, connection, or support were limited. My work focuses on helping clients explore these patterns with honesty and compassion, strengthening self-awareness, self-trust, and a sense of agency in their lives.

I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University, with an academic background in philosophy that informs my reflective, integrative approach. My work is grounded in evidence-based practice, with training in CPT, CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, MI, IFS, and hypnotherapy. I provide both individual and group therapy, tailoring treatment to each client’s needs.

My clinical focus includes trauma and PTSD, abusive and high-conflict relationships, BPD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and grief. I offer an affirming, inclusive space and have particular experience supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals and families. Above all, I prioritize genuine connection and collaboration, meeting clients where they are and supporting growth at a pace that feels sustainable.

Iara Lorenzo

Therapist - RMHCI

I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern offering trauma-informed, holistic therapy. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, trauma, learning differences, and life transitions. My approach centers on creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel understood and can move toward healing at their own pace.

I draw from an integrative framework that includes DBT, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and relational work. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to each client’s needs, helping them build emotional awareness, develop practical coping skills, and restore balance in a way that feels sustainable and meaningful.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and grounded in a multicultural perspective, I value cultural sensitivity and inclusivity in my work. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, practical, and rooted in real connection. My role is to meet you where you are and support you in finding what works best for you as you move forward.

Michelle Wade

Therapist - RMHCI

I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern who supports individuals navigating stress, life transitions, adjustment-related challenges, and trauma. My work is grounded in helping clients feel more regulated, present, and connected to themselves—especially during periods of change or overwhelm. I bring experience working with diverse clients in New York City before relocating to Florida.

With over 20 years as a yoga practitioner and teacher, I integrate mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic awareness into therapy when appropriate. These body-based tools support nervous system regulation, increase emotional awareness, and help clients develop practical coping strategies that feel accessible and sustainable.

My approach blends evidence-based practices for anxiety, mood-related concerns, and trauma with a holistic, client-centered lens. I prioritize creating a safe, collaborative therapeutic relationship, believing that meaningful change happens when clients feel supported enough to explore their inner experience at their own pace.
