Frequently Asked Questions

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. The 15-minute call is completely free, with no card required and no obligation to continue. It's a chance to ask questions and see whether we're the right fit for you.

What happens during the 15-minute call?

You'll speak with a licensed therapist about what's bringing you in, what you're hoping for, and any questions you have about therapy, scheduling, or cost. If it feels like a good fit, we'll get your first session on the calendar.

How soon can I be seen?

We call within 24 hours of your request. Most clients complete their paperwork and have their first session within the same week.

Do you accept my insurance?

We're in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, UMR, Optum, and Oscar. Most clients pay only their copay or even $0. We verify your benefits before your first session, so you'll know your cost up front.

What if I don't have insurance?

Self-pay is welcome. The initial 60-minute intake is $150, and ongoing sessions are $125. The consultation is free either way. Sliding scale is offer to most, but know there is a current waitlist.

Is online therapy actually effective?

Yes. Research consistently shows virtual therapy produces outcomes comparable to in-person care for concerns like anxiety, depression, and trauma. Many clients also find they're more consistent with sessions when there's no commute.

Is my information confidential?

Yes. Your information goes directly into our HIPAA-secure clinical system. It isn't collected by any marketing platform or third party. Everything you share in session is protected by the same confidentiality laws that apply to in-person therapy.

Who do you work with?

We see teens, adults, couples, and families throughout Florida, with specialties in trauma, anxiety, ADHD, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

Do I need to be in crisis to start therapy?

No. Many clients come in because something feels off, not because everything has fallen apart. You don't need a diagnosis or a reason that sounds serious enough.

What areas of Florida do you serve?

All of them. Because we're fully virtual, we work with clients anywhere in the state of Florida from Orlando, Tampa, Miami, Jacksonville, and everywhere between.

What do I need for a virtual session?

A phone, tablet, or computer with a camera, and a private space with a reliable internet connection. We'll send you a secure link before your appointment.

Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?

Yes. We offer weekday evening and Saturday appointments to fit around work and school schedules.
